All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours except where noted. All orders must be placed online by 3:00 PM EST to ensure same day shipping. To accommodate expedited shipping needs after 3:00 PM EST.

Shipping normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail assuming the item meets the United States Postal Service size and weight guidelines. Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or oversized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping that will be added to the shipping charge. Double Jab Fight Company, LLC reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price.

We do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process we will not be able to cancel or make changes. Please call customer service to check the status of your order. Please do not email cancel/change requests as emails are answered within 24hrs and the order would have shipped in that timeframe.

ORDER VERIFICATIONS

All orders are subject to our verification process for accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or telephone to request additional information. In order to protect against fraudulent activity, we must verify the bill-to and ship-to address. Please be certain to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card's issuing bank has on file) when placing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time, and possible order cancelation without prior notice.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST on the dates below to ensure your holiday packages arrive by December 24th, 2016.

December 14th - Economy Flat Rate $6.95 - Between 7-11 business days. *Not available on every order and only applies where applicable.
December 16th - Premium Ground - Between 3-5 business days.
December 21st - Premium 2Day - Within 2 business days.
December 22nd - Premium Standard Overnight- Next business day.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES

Some heavy and oversized items require extra shipping fees based on size or weight. These fees will be added to an item's price, in addition to its standard shipping cost. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the item's description.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND GUAM

If you are shipping outside the Continental U.S. transit times are not guaranteed. Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S. are considered international shipments by some carriers. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees required to deliver to their address. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout. The international shipping charge listed does NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for all customs, shipping charges, and other fee’s if the package is returned to Double Jab Fight Company, LLC by the carrier for any reasons. These fees will be deducted from the refund of merchandise received back. There are no shipping refunds on returned international orders Please email djfco@doublejabfight.com if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding international orders.

We will require emailed front and back copies of the credit card used, and valid driver’s license for any order containing an International address. This is to ensure that the card is physically in your possession, and to reduce fraud. Please email the aforementioned to djfco@doublejabfight.com  for approval. All orders are subject to hold or cancellation if a response is not received within 2 weeks.

International orders that contain backordered items will not ship until all items are available.

OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED POLICY

We get it—sometimes the item doesn’t fit, you decide you don’t like the color, or you just change your mind. And, sometimes a product just breaks under normal use conditions. Because we understand, you may return or exchange any item purchased from www.doublejabfight.com for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days, providing the item is unused and in its original packaging. The original packaging is not required if the item is being returned/exchanged due to a manufacturer's defect.

We’re sorry but there will be no credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 30 days after purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges on all videos, DVDs, books or Gift Cards.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us by calling 706-832-0823 or email djfco@doublejabfight.com to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must accompany all returns and exchanges).

Please note: the cost to ship a return and/or exchange item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Return and Exchange Policy Details•Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.•All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used, unless being returned due to manufacturing defect. BOGO
The calculation for a BOGO Discount works by sorting the items in the cart by price from highest to lowest. Then each 2nd highest priced product from the list is discounted.

Example:
Let's say Buy One Get One 50% off is the promotion and you have four items in your cart. They cost $16, $300, $70 and $30 for a total of $416. The shopping cart will create a list with such order: $300, $70, $30, $16. The $70 and $16 products will each be discounted by 50% giving a discount amount of $43.
